Ingredients

  • 1 thick pizza crust
  • 1/4 C pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tbs parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/8 C cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/8 C mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded
  • 1 tbs sliced ripe olives, black
  • 1 oz sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 1/4 C green bell peppers, diced small
  • 1/4 C onions (red), chopped
  • 1/4 C zucchini, cut in 1/2 lengthwise, then cut into 1/4 inch pieces
  • 1/4 C spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground oregano
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper, crushed

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 475 degrees F.
  • Place pizza crust on large baking dish. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust. Sprinkle evenly with mixture of parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Arrange vegetables evenly over cheese and sprinkle with salt, oregano and red pepper.
  • Heat in oven about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
